Accommodation deposit for the 2025 Triathlon NSW Club Championships at Beaches International, Forster.

Cost per person
A deposit of $100 per person based on twin occupancy is required to secure your accommodation.   Please add the correct number of items for your cart before proceeding to payment.

Please note:
– Your booking is for 3 nights from Friday 16^th May to Monday 19^th May 2025.  (Due to the Beaches International requirement of a minimum 3 nights stay, we cannot accept bookings for shorter periods).
– Accommodation is subsidised by the club and will be a maximum of $260 per person based on twin occupancy (whether in a King/Queen room, or a twin share room).  If you do not wish to share a room, the maximum cost will be $520.  
– Final costs will be confirmed once all room bookings are confirmed. 
– Accommodation is in 2- or 3-bedroom apartments.
– Room allocations will be made to maximise occupancy, however specific requests will be considered when allocations are made.
– If requested, you will be allocated a King or Queen sized bed (we cannot guarantee a King).
– Single beds are in twin shared rooms.  If you would like a room to yourself, please book a King/Queen (2 person deposit).
– Deposits are non-refundable due to booking restrictions.
– Select “local pick-up” in the shipping options to avoid additional fees.
– Please note that a small surcharge will be added to cover administrative costs.
