We Bike
It’s often what we spend the most time doing and it’s such an incredible way to see areas you’ve never been. With regular weekday and weekend rides coupled with lots of virtual riding there’s a space for everyone in the Balance peloton
CYCLING KIT
by Catfish
From the TT to the trainer
Whether it’s indoors or outdoors, big hills or fast tracks, TTs or roadies – we love it all and just perfectly for the Balance philosophy cycling and coffee go hand in hand.
Interval Sessions
Every Tuesday and Thursday Morning there are group rides at Sydney Olympic Park catering for everyone (three different ride groups), on top of this there are skill sessions to help build your confidence if you’re new. Meet us at Concord West Train Station Carpark (opposite the concord hotel) at 5:40am for a prompt 5:45am depature. We finish at 7:00am with a coffee and catch up at Three Spoons! Ride induction must be completed before riding in a group.
Virtual Rides
Recent times have kept a lot of us apart but Balance has found Zwift, and indoor riding, a great way to stay connected, particularly in the winter months when outdoor cycling can be more challenging. We jump on the trainer, turn on Discord (live chat app) and connect even when we’re not together.
Social Cycling
As Einstein said, “In Order to Keep Your Balance You Must Keep Moving”. We organise many social cycling events throughout the year which present an amazing and unique way to see the world. We welcome everyone so get in touch and join us for a session.
Building the Balance
You’ve all heard the phrase “it takes a village to raise a child” – well for many of us, Balance Triathlon Club is that village and we’re all that child trying to make their way in the world. Whatever our goals, challenges or needs we are there to support each other through everything. Check out the video!
