We Run

From tracks to trails – we do it all. We’ve helped members run their first 5km and others who’ve pursued their dream to UTMB. Wherever you’re running (or walking) we got this and as ever it’s all about the Balance.

From the track to the trail…

We learn to run when we’re young but getting out regularly or achieving your goals can be hard. At Balance we have a range of options to ensure we all find our feet.

Regular Sessions

Every Wednesday morning is run squad, we meet at The Bay Run and then go from there – pain is the game, coffee and chats the prize. There are also regular social runs around the bay and in other areas of the city.

Trail Running

If you want to hit the trails there are plenty of members who have done all sorts of crazy events and are out regularly. If you’re just starting out there are plenty of members who will lead the way.

Running Sets the Mind Free

Running can be done wherever we are, whatever the weather. Just chuck some shoes on and jump out the door. Sounds easy right … well it isn’t always but at Balance the shared experience and focus on it not all being about the result helps us all on the harder days. Come down and give it a go.

Building the Balance

You’ve all heard the phrase “it takes a village to raise a child” – well for many of us, Balance Triathlon Club is that village and we’re all that child trying to make their way in the world. Whatever our goals, challenges or needs we are there to support each other through everything. Check out the video!

Frequently Asked Questions

Principally based around the Inner West – we swim at Leichhardt Pool, runs mostly around the Bay and bike rides in Sydney Olympic Park but honestly we’ve had members from all over including Newcastle, Nyngan and Tamworth.
